RPS 55 is a one part, very fast curing, polyurethane elastic adhesive sealant suitable for general sealing, joining and bonding of the different materials used in the automotive sectors. It is an easy to apply and to smooth product that offers excellent adhesion to metal primers and 2k paint coatings, metals and painted plastics. It can be top-coated 1 hour and a half after application. RPS 55 has a high curing speed because of a reaction with environmental humidity at ambient temperature. Once dry, it provides good proprieties such as resistance to water, humidity, temperature changes or vibrations

The main advantage of RPS 55 over RPS 45 is the improved formulation which speeds up drying times. This ensures that the product is over-paintable in a shorter time, creating reduced repair process time and increasing efficiency.

Additionally, new RPS 55 gives excellent flexibility in application, better adhesion to modern substrates, plus it is much easier to apply in different temperatures.
