Description:
A spray can, can be pre-filled with propellant to be compatible with most brands of solvent-based paints. The paint is transferred via a filling device into the can to produce a ready-to-use end product (dealers liability). Adaptable spray nozzle for horizontal (spray gun-effect) to round (for closed parts) alignment of the spray pattern. Higher spray rate and higher working speed. Ideal for spot repair.

     Pre-Treatment: Sand substrate, degrease and tack rag before applying the filled    aerosol.

Filling instructions:
Remove spray nozzle and fill aerosol can with paint using the filling equipment. Consult the instruction manual of the filling equipment if necessary. Replace spray nozzle immediately after filling. Maximum 100 ml waterborne basecoat. ! ATTENTION ! This pre-fill aerosol is a universal product, prepare the paint as instructed in the TDS from the paint supplier as to be used with a traditional spray gun before filling.

Process:
Use personal protection: Spray mask, gloves, coverall

Preparation:
Shake the aerosol for 2 min before spraying.

Application Please consult the TDS of the paint supplier for details on: Number of layers Flash off time between coats Flash off time before curing.
Disposal: The emptied aerosols are suitable for household collection.
Pot life: Use the aerosol within 72 hours after the paint has been filled. Shelf life: 24 months (can without paint) when stored appropriately at a temperature of 15 to 25 °C and a relative humidity beneath 60%.
